Warranties & Returns Policy

Any item you purchase that does not meet your expectations can be returned to us unopened and any clothing or materials must be returned unwashed within 14 days in their original boxes including packing material. Ship the parcel to the address below. Sorry, return postage and shipping costs are not refundable.
Any item that is received damaged in shipment or manufacturer defective needs to be reported immediately and will be exchanged for you without charge.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, it will be picked up and the correct item will be sent out at no extra cost to you.
