VINIFICATION : Two sorting are realised in the cellar. Fermentations in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
AGEING : 12 months in new French oak barrels, a third of which are changed every year.

Warm berry-pastry aromas with mulberries and boysenberries, too. The palate has a long, supple and juicy feel with a wealth of rich berries. Plenty to offer here, this has a plush array or ripe dark fruit, driving the palate long and true.
