  • 60% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache
  • Pre-fermentation at low temperature followed by long vatting. This cuvée was aged for 18 months in new oak barrels.

  • The nose is concentrated on blackberry jam, toast, black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, and cedar. Elegant and long on the palate; it is dense and very harmonious.

  • This wine can be served at 16-18ºC and will accompany lamb dishes or roast pigeons, game and casseroles
