Pre-fermentation at low temperature followed by long vatting. This cuvée was aged for 18 months in new oak barrels.
The nose is concentrated on blackberry jam, toast, black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, and cedar. Elegant and long on the palate; it is dense and very harmonious.
This wine can be served at 16-18ºC and will accompany lamb dishes or roast pigeons, game and casseroles
