Pneumatic pressing and fermentation in barrels.
Maturation in French oak barrels (20% new) for 11 months, then blended in stainless steel tanks and bottled after 15 months.
Aromas of flowers, citrus and fresh fruits. The mouth, slightly oaky is textural and rounded with a beautiful freshness. Long mineral finish.
Can be drunk young but has the potential for 6-8 years ageing. This wine is great with cold entree, seafood and fish.
