Hand picked, 15 days on skin, maturation in vats (80%) and barrels (20%)
Raspberry color. Nose with aromas of flowers, spices with slight smokiness. The palate is structured and generous with fine tannins and a long fruity finish. 
Served at 16° with red meats, games and spicy dishes
