- Beautful nose, expressive, on ripe and preserved fruit, citrus, mineral and spice. The palate in rounded and rich but superbly balanced by a refreshing acidity to finish long and tense.
- Serve around 10°C for apreitif and with pastry dishes, white meat, fish as well as raclette and cheese
