- The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press, the juice is then put into barrels where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place naturally. Aging 100% in barrels including 20% new barrels for 11 months, then blending in stainless steel vats and bottling after 15 months.
- The wine is marked by aromas and notes of white flowers and fresh fruits. The minerality of the limestone terroir gives the wine a beautiful length.
- This wine can be served at 8-10ºC with cold entrées or with fish in sauce.
