Hand picked, one week cold soaking before the natural start of fermentation with soft extraction for three weeks.

12 months maturation in french oak barrels (15% new), then blended in tanks and bottling after 18 months.

The most elegant of Françoise & Denis Clair's premier cru showing aroms of flowers, red fruits and slight spice. The palate is powerful and refined with silky tannins and long finish.

Drink now or it will age beautifully for 8 to 10 years. Serve around 16ºC
