- A selection of Syrah and Gamay
- Gamay is historically present in the Northern Rhône and is becoming interesting again to bring lightness and freshness to the syrah due to global warming
- Hand harvest, fully destalked and wild yeast fermentation with 3 weeks on skin.
- Malolactic and maturation in French oak barrels (no new oak)
- Great rubis colour. Nice aromatic of red fruits, spice and earthyness. The palate is rather light with a long lasting finish and juiciness.
- Beautifully as aperitif, with charcuterie, BBQ, pasta dishes....
