12 months ageing in cement tanks, neither fined nor filtered.
Strong Mediterranean personality on ripe fruits, spices and "garrigues" notes. A wine with intensity, character and length. 
Serve between 15 and 17°C on stuffed vegetables, slow cooked dishes, grilled meat, Mediterranean cuisine.
