The vineyard is on a mid-slope, under the «En Champs» terroir, on medium-depth limestone clay soil. The vineyard is 40 years old and has a precocious character.
Viticulture
Taille Guyot Poussard, mechanical plowing and 100% organic fertilizers.
We use organic products, and we maximize manual labor : disbudding, trimming, leaf stripping, green harvesting.
Harvest
Manual harvest in 20kg boxes with a first sorting at the vineyard.
