Origin: 2ha on two very distinct terroirs, one in the plain and the other on hillside Terroir: Half on sedimentary clay, and the other half on sandy-granitic slopes. Grape variety: 100% Gamay Planting density: 10 000 vines / ha Average vine age: 60 years old Average yield: 56 hl/ha Vinification: The vatting is done quickly to extract only the fruit (5 to 8 days on skin) without  addition of yeast or SO2 

Maturation: in vats.

Bottling: Just a small addition of sulfite is done at bottling for the stability of the wines. Style: «Wine of Friends» With its garnet color this wine reveals aromas of red fruit, and little cherry. Its fine, fruity and elegant.

To be tasted young for its fruitiness, and will keep well for 3-4 years
