  • The grapes are hand picked, there are no de-stemming or crushing. 9 days of maceration to reach balance between fruit and structure. Maturation in concrete tank until next spring for bottling.
  • Beautiful bright red, it is complex of little red fruits, floral and spice notes, the body is fleshy with a nice tannic spine that brings the wine further. An earthy and traditional Beaujolais with freshness, concentration and minerality.
  • Break the screwcap and serve between 12 and 14°C as it is with friends or with charcuterie (cured meat), pizza, pasta, pork, chicken, cheese
