Made and matured in French oak barrels (5-10 % new) for 10 months, then blended in stainless steel tank and bottled after 15 months.
Aromas of flowers and fresh fruits lifted by light grilled notes. The mouth has weight and refreshing texture to finish long with a beautiful tension and minerality.
Easy to drink young but has potential for 4-5 years ageing. Great on cold entrée, charcuterie and grilled fish.
