The wine has notes of ripe fruit like wild berries, mild spices, tobacco and some chalky notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with a refreshing acidity. 
Serve around 16° as aperitif, it goes exceptionally well with cheeses, charcuterie, tapas etc.
