  • 30 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation and 15-month ageing in French oak barrels (30% new oak)
  • Beautiful deep colour. Red and dark fruit aromas which make way to a woodlike earthiness. Its taste reveals a similar profile; with a nice freshness and a supple but potent tannin. Complex, refined and long lasting.
  • Serve at 16°C with red meat, dishes of the region like game or stew.
