Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre
This rosé wine has a beautiful soft and luminous pink colour with slightly salmon reflections.  The elegant and pleasant nose expresses aromas of white flowers mixed with fruity notes. The mouth is round and balanced supported by a slight iodized note for a long light finish.
Serve this wine at 8°C as an aperitif, in accompaniment to any salad or summer dishes. It will go well with fish and shellfish, but also grilled lamb and veal.
