  • Grown in rounded pebble slopes, underground of red clay. Low temperature pellicular maceration, low temperature of fermentation for three weeks. Maturing in tanks.
  • Very Rhône style, showing some red fruits aromas, some spices and earthiness. The mouth is juicy, rounded and fleshy. Beautiful tannic spine that brings the wine further. A true bistro wine.

  • Pairs well with grilled red meat, lamb, charcuterie, cheese
