Grapes form the famous 1er Cru terroir of Vertus. Traditional harvest and slow pressing. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 28 months on lees. Dosage: 6g/l
A beautiful expression of the Chardonnay grapes for this fruity and elegant wine. Almost two and a half years on lees to allow full maturity. This Champagne is textural and rather dry showing some beautiful biscuit and patisserie notes.
Serve an aperitif served at 8°C, over a summer buffet, but also with cooked fish or light pastry and certainly whenever you are in a Champagne mood. The bottle to have in the fridge for all occasions!
