  • Organic, terroir of Urville on the Côte des Bars. Malolactic fermentation, 37 months on lees. No filtering, no discoloration, very low sulphites (20mg/l). Dosage: 4g/l
  • A golden grey colour and very fine, persistent bubbles. Elderberry, fruity and toasty notes. The limestone minerality is softened by the pinot pulp. A harmonious balance between the discreet dosage, the texture and the freshness.
  • Serve at 7°C for an aperitif or at 9°C for a meal. Will pair well marinated fishes such as sea bream, fresh summer salads or langoustine, fish, scallops and crunchy vegetables.
