Grapes are from the hills of La Côte des Bar near Bar-sur-Aube which are fermented in steel tanks then aged on lees for 3 years.
Beautiful golden shinny colour with dynamic fine beads. This Blanc de Noir is expressive and fruity with aromas of apples and raspberry. Hints of brioche and grillé. The mouth is creamy and generous with a nice vivacity to finish long and clean.
A great Champagne for aperitive or to drink with canapés, seafood, fish and chicken.
