  • Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under temperature control then ageing on lees for 4- 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling 8 months minimum after harvest.
  • Fresh and inviting with a touch of ripe fruit. Round, slowly melting flavour. Light with a good mid-palate concentration.
  • Very tasty wine and very easy to drink even when young; Pairs well with oysters and seafood but also perfect as an aperitif
