  • Cold static clarification for 48 hours after pressing. Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 15 and 18°C for 1 month with wild yeast.
  • A dry distinguished Riesling with elegant citrus fruit notes like lemon and
    grapefruit. The palate shows a refreshing minerality with white flower aromas and a persistent finish.
