  • Hand picked at high maturity, sorting and destalking before a long maceration of about 3 weeks. The maturation of the wine has been done exclusively in tanks and large wooden vats.
  • Bright red colour, the nose is beautifully fresh, precise and complex with aromas of fresh red and black fruit, violet and white pepper. The mouth is intense, juicy with fantastic tannins to finish long, dynamic with tension and minerality. 
  • Serve between 14 and 16°C with red meat, duck or cheese
