  • Gamay 85%, Pinot Noir 10%, Auxerrois 5%
  • From Lorraine, on the western side of the Vosges mountains, this rosé is locally called vin gris as the grapes. Direct press and matured in tanks. 
  • Beautiful salmon colour. The nose is lifted with fresh fruits flavours of boysenberries and cherry. The mouth is light, refreshing and crunchy. 
  • Serve around 5-6ºC with seafood, shellfish, oysters or white meat.
