  • Grenache 80%, Mourvèdre 20%
  • Wine made with both rosé making techniques, notably direct press for the first part and short maceration for the other. Maturation in concrete tanks for 6 months until bottling.

  • Salmony pink color. The nose is refined with notes of little red fruits, citrus and aromatic herbs. The mouth is textural and fruity

  • Serve around 8°C as an aperitif, with salads, tomato dishes, charcuterie, fish, BBQ or even with fruit dessert.
