60% Syrah, 40% Grenache Noir
Traditional winemaking. The grapes are blended before the fermentation and not on finished wines. Matured in stainless steel tank to keep fruitiness and freshness.
Beautiful ruby colour. On the nose, it shows some fresh fruit aromas of red and black fruits with hints of spices. Bright, the wine is crunchy and easy to drink but showing complexity and style. Long light finish that make you want another sip.
Serve around 15°C with charcuterie, pork, barbecue and cheese
