  • Fermentation with wild yeast in barrels between 15 and 20°C and followed by malolactic fermentation. 12 months maturation in French oak (no new oak, minimum 3 years old).
  • Beautiful from the first smell with notes of white fruits, bee wax, and white flowers. Grilled and spicy hints that show a great complexity. In the mouth, it is powerful, fleshy with little weight as the wine is beautifully balanced. A fantastic wine for terroir and gastronomy.
  • Pairs well with white meat, fish in sauce or cheeses
