  • High density plantation of Syrah on the top of the hill, just above Saint-Joseph AC
  • Fermentation with wild yeast with 3 pumps over per day. 3 weeks maceration then malolactic fermentation in barrels. Maturation for 12 months in barrels of 1 to 5 years.
  • Complex nose with aromas of violet, black fruits, pepper and earth. Powerful, fine tannins and beautifully balanced with an addictive freshness. A wine that has nothing to envy to its famous neighbours of St Joseph and Côte Rôtie.
  • Will pair well with white meat, grilled and roasted red meat
