  • Syrah 65%, Mourvèdre 20%, Grenache 15%
  • Harvest is done by hand. Each variety is worked on its own in concrete tanks and maceration varies between 4 and 5 weeks. Wine maturation is partly done in concrete egg and partly in large wooden vat for 14 months. No fining, no filtration
  • Beautiful bright red colour. The nose is powerful with aromas of red and black fruits, spices and hints of violet and aromatic herbs. In mouth, the wine is rich and very well balanced. Extracted and elegant tannin giving depth and refinement for a long and persistent finish.

  • Decant and serve between 14 and 16°C on grilled and roasted meat, poultry or refined dishes with texture
