  • Skin Contact 12 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tank. The fermentation is stopped by sterile filtration to leave  the wine at 10% alc/vol and 35g/l residual sugar. Maturation 4 months on lees with regular stirring.
  • Intense flavors of exotic fruits. Light with a refreshing acidity on the palate.
