Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures for about 10 days. Once that vinification is over, wines are dealcoholized and bottled.
The nose is aromatic and fragrant. The palate is well-rounded with soft tannins, flavorsome and full-bodied. An amazing surprise!
