  • Alcoholic fermentation between 15°C and 18°C. Once vinified, the wine is dealcoholized by vacuum evaporation.
  • An exuberant nose and mouth of exotic fruits. It has delicate bubbles that make it tonic and refreshing. To be enjoyed without moderation.
  • Food pairing: Serve as an aperitif or with tapenade toast, smoked salmon.
