  • Handcrafted and hand harvested of shrivel grapes in the middle of October (Muscat is usually picked in August) from a sandy silty marl of Miocène soil. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank for 2 months, then Maturation in oak barrels for 10 months.

  • Superb golden colour. Very complex and pure on floral, quince, stone fruits and dried fruit notes. The mouth is beautifully elegant, intense and long. This wine is perfectly balanced between sweetness and freshness.

  • Serve between 5 and 7°C as aperitif, on foie gras, tarte tartin or fruit desserts
