  • Coming from the top of the Butte (hill) on limestone bedrock and silica.

  • Strong sorting. 3 weeks maceration on skin and soft extraction. 12 month maturation in french oak barrels (partly new)

  • Aromas of ripe but fresh fruit with intense blackcurrant notes as well as spice and hints of mint. A wine of purity with silky tannin and sensational freshness and length.

  • Serve at 15-16ºC with rillettes, red and white meat, lamb
