Whole bunch pneumatic pressing. Fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels (65%) and tanks (35%) 
Beautiful Golden yellow color. The nose is refined with notes of white fruits, flowers and grilled almonds. On the palate, the wine is textural and rounded with length and minerally finish.
Serve between 10 and 12°C as an aperitif or to accompany white fish, white meat and cheese.
