From steep granite vineyards worked by hand. Manual harvest, about 2 weeks maceration followed by 14 months in french oak barrels before bottling (no new oak)
Dark purple colour with complex flavours of forrest fruits, rose petal and pepper. In the mouth, the wine is firm but beautifully voluptuous with fine tannin and long mineral finish.
Perfect to go with beef, lamb, game or duck.
