All parcels are vinified separately (about 15 days on skin) and matured in demi-muids (500L barrels) or barrels for about 18 months.
Deep purple color. The nose is deep and expressive, marked by aromas of ripe black fruit associated with notes of spices and undergrowth. The palate is supple and powerful with additional notes of smoke, black pepper and clove. Great ripe tannins and superb length.
Serve at 16-18ºC with grilled meat, casserole and why not with a beef tataki or marinated steak.
