- The clear must is fermented in oak barrels of several wines in order to preserve purity and minerality. The wine obtained was aged on lees for 12 months before being bottled.
- Enjoy this wine with shellfish, grilled fish, game and poultry. This wine also goes well with hard cheeses such as Comté or Mimolette.
