  • Winemaking Grapes sorted and destalked. Fermentation in open wooden vat. Natural fermentation, pump over and punching of the cap. 12 months maturation in French oak barrels (no new oak)
  • Tasting notes: Shiny garnet colour. The nose is delicate with elegant aromas of ripe red fruits, (cherry, raspberry) and soft spice. In mouth, the wine is pure and aerial showing a fantastic freshness. Beautiful soft tannins, great length to finish minerally.
  • Good with meat in sauce, game, cheese
