- Fermentation in open wooden vat for about 3 weeks with pump over and punching of the cap. 12 months maturation in French oak barrels (no new oak, minimum 6 years old)
- Shiny light red color. The nose is delicate with aromas of fresh red fruits and floral notes. In the mouth the wine is light and aerial showing a fantastic freshness. Beautiful soft tannins and a lengthy finish.
- Serve at 12 to 14°C on its own or with charcuterie, cheeses or seafood
