Handpicked, destalked and 3 weeks maceration. Matured in oak barrels for 8 months. 
Dark red colour, this wine shows aromas of red and black fruits as well as soft spice. In the mouth, the wine is fleshy and structured by fine tannins. Elegant and drinks beautifully now.
It will pair well with veal, poultry and mushroom dishes.
