Domaine les Cascades was created in 2010 by Sylvie and Laurent Bachevillier. Laurent was born amidst the vineyards, and Sylvie followed suit. As a family, they continue to write the history of this wine estate with accommodation near Narbonne.
In the heart of the Aude region, on the "Route des Vins 66", Domaine les Cascades is a permaculture estate, organically farmed worked with 3 sheeps and 3 donkeys.
