Hand harvest at high ripeness. 2 weeks maceration and aging in oak barrels (no new oak) for 12 months
Very dark color, aromas of intense black fruits with violet hints. The wine is powerful, tannic with structure and nice freshness. 
Serve at 15-16° with grilled meat, couscous and tagine
