No malolactic fermentation. Maturation on fine lees until bottling.
Beautiful pale yellow-green colour. Delicate nose on flower and citrus notes. The mouth is fresh and flavorsome with beautiful length and minerality.
Serve between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif, with oysters, crustaceans or fish as well as the traditional “Fondue Savoyarde”.
