  • Hand picked, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tank. Traditional method with second fermantation in bottles.
  • 44 months on lees and 6g/l dosage
  • Beautiful golden colour with fine beads. Complex aromas of white fruits, dry fruit, hazelnuts and brioche. The palate is deep and superbly balanced with a refreshing finish
  • Serve at 6-8° as aperitif or with seafood and fish
