  • Handpicked at high maturity, low yield of 30-35 hl/ha. No destalking, the wine is made in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation to keep freshness.
  • Superb salmon colour, the wine shows complexity and elegance with fruity and floral aromas as well as hints of aromatic herbs and citrus. Powerful and beautifully balanced, this is a wine of texture and depth with fantastic length. A real Rosé of Gastronomy.
  • Serve between 8 and 10°C as an aperitive, or with fish soup, grilled fish, shell fish, or tomato based dishes.
