Mourvèdre 90%, Grenache 5%, Cinsault 5%
- Made from century old vines. Whole bunch maceration for about 5 weeks. After devating, the wine goes in large wooden vats for the malolactic fermentation and a long maturation of 22 months.
The nose is complex with notes of red and dark fruits, aromatic herbs, spice and undergrowth. The mouth is powerful and structured with ripe tannins, wonderful balance, length and depth.
Serve between 16 and 18°C with red meat, game, casserole, lamb. Works well with chocolate dessert as well.
