  • Mourvèdre 90%, Grenache 5%, Cinsault 5%

  • Made from century old vines. Whole bunch maceration for about 5 weeks. After devating, the wine goes in large wooden vats for the malolactic fermentation and a long maturation of 22 months.
  • The nose is complex with notes of red and dark fruits, aromatic herbs, spice and undergrowth. The mouth is powerful and structured with ripe tannins, wonderful balance, length and depth. 

  • Serve between 16 and 18°C with red meat, game, casserole, lamb. Works well with chocolate dessert as well.
