Cognac Drouet is the quintessence of single estate cognac. The 40 hectares family estate is in Grande Champagne Premier Cru, the most qualitative area. Classically made by double distillation and then matured for more than 20 years in oak barrels before bottling.
Beautiful golden ambered colour. Refined and complex flavours of mocha, orange zest, hazelnut and ginger. The palate is full bodied, rounded and very smooth with beautiful rancio and mineral long finish.
Serve at room temperature as a digestif or with chocolate dessert.
