70% Ugni Blanc, 30% Colombard
This Pineau is a beautiful marriage between the best grape juice and exceptional cognacs. Matured for about 5 years to reach the best balance between sugar and alcohol. 
Beautiful golden colour, the nose is rich in flavours of candied fruits and honey. The palate is typical, structured with slight toasty notes and perfectly intergrated sweetness. 
Serve fresh as an aperitif or with dessert like tarte tartin
